My prayers are for Christopher Reeve's loved one and to his spirit along with the spirit of Rodney Dangerfield and Janet Leigh, I say YOU WILL BE MISSED AND FOREVER LOVED!
Rest In Peace, now that you walk with God.

This is tough to take. Chris Reeve was one of my heroes. To lose him on the heels of losing another hero last week (astronaut Gordon Cooper) just really depresses me.
Like someone else here said, I was looking forward to seeing him walk again.

Superherohype.com has a tribute page to Mr. Reeve and it has a really great quote at the end of the article.
If there is a heaven, Christopher Reeve is up there now soaring higher than Superman ever could.
So true, so very true!

Definately tragic.
My favorite quote that pays tribute to Christopher Reeve appears in the beginning of the tradepaperback Kingdom Come. Created by Mark Waid and Alex Ross, it says
"Dedicated to Christopher Reeve, who made us believe that men can fly"

This is sad.
Indeed, keep flying, Superman.
