Can't Stop The Serenity 2014

It's the 9th year for CSTS and so far over $900,000 has been raised for Equality Now and other charities. Registration is open for any one wanting to run a screening or an affiliate event. What's the difference? A screening shows Serenity and is generally a bigger event. An Affiiate can be just about anything as long as you raise money for Equality Now (and other charities if you wish)
Trivia nights, BBQ's, a wedding reception, you name it! We have seen it all.
Registration has just gotten started and already there are 3 events which are new this year.
If you aren't in a position to run one yourself, check to see if there is one nearby. And spread the word. Every year there are new Browncoats and people who have never heard of Can't Stop The Serenity. Joss is turning 50 this year. Wouldn't a huge donation to his favourite charity be a nice present?

I've noticed there's nothing for So Cal on the list yet. I don't really have the resources to host something on my own, but I would definitely attend/volunteer at a screening or other event here. I hope something gets booked!

CSTS hasn't got a registration from Greenville yet - looking forward to hearing from them.
We are up to 39 registered events with 6 more in the "We hope to do one" stages! Registration is still open - for August events the deadline is June 30, for Sept/Oct events the deadline is July 31st.
