Remember Abu Ghraib ? NY papers ran headlines on that story daily, for like 2 months. Where as things like Fast and Furious or Benghazi got no where near the wide spread attention.

You're right. GWB just started two very useless and very expensive wars which managed to kill at least 100,000 people, renditioned detainees to Guantanamo and Bagram AFB and black sites all over the world where they were tortured, sometimes to death, began warrantless wiretapping at the AT&T server station in SF, and racked up a huge deficit including Medicare PartD. Obama just followed in his footsteps and added a new wrinkle with drones.
