So this is another case of political misuse of langage, along the lines of 'Obama is a tyrant' now its 'taxation of wealthy = holocaust' or 'affordable healthcare is the first step towards communism'.

I'd say it was sloppy thinking, but its more than that, its deliberate fearmongering when it isn't at all appropriate and the analogy is just downright offensive.

Only PARTS of that conversation were a deliberate misuse of language. I have to keep up my reputation somehow, and so I do it by interjecting at least SOME half-truths or blatant lies into whatever I'm arguing about. Also it keeps everyone on their toes.

And, again, it's not just Obama. It's also the US congress, the justices, ministers of the Commonwealth, and anyone else who spies on their own citizens and is involved in supporting western imperialism, war, and dictators.

But that's not even what we're talking about right now. Is it really necessary to derail the thread? Granted, it increases the chaos, and I'm all for that, but I would've thought the rest of you liked some semblance of order.
