So if Alliance is with Kerry---doesn't it stand to reason that an Independant (a Browncoat) ought to vote for Bush?

I think Adam would agree.

So:

The Kerry administration repersents the Alliance.

The Bush administration repersents the Independants.

Makes sense to me.
