Culture shock as a weapon, how amusing.
I've pointed out a time or two this is also why no one would eeeever invade the continental US, because they would lose more to psychological casualty than bullets - just imagine if say, an invaded town shoved every TV in it up to the windows turned up full blast on the most gutwrenchingly awful programming (realityTV,infomercials,shoppingclubs,MTV) and set an ambush at the power station given they'd go there to try to MAKE IT STOP ?

Can you even imagine the culture shock of say, a North Korean soldier having THAT level of PsyOpWarfare aimed at them ?
They'd curl up into little balls and just DIE (or wish for it, anyways).
