Does anyone know the definate symbol for serenity, i searched the internet but i keep coming up with different symbols and its getting annoying. any help is apreciated.

平静 - ping2jing4 - the original characters used for "Serenity" on Serenity herself in Firefly

宁静 - ning2jing4 - the new characters for "Serenity" in the movie

Keep in mind that there are many ways to write or express "Serenity". The two I mentioned, though, are the ones actually used in the show and for the movie.
