I quoted the article from Teletext exactly, and the ethical thing was their headline.

Actually it was originally "Return of the Jedi" but the execs got him to change it to "Revenge" as it was a more exciting title. Just before release he decided that he really didn't want revenge in the title, so he changed it back to "Return".
