I love the first Serenity tshirt, and would definitely order at lest 3 if they came in straight styles and babydolls to XXL. (Almost everyone I know who'd want one is not a small person) :)

Definitely put me down for an XL in the new Serenity logo and the "Fighting Elves" shirts when you run them.

I'll definitely keep checking for updates - I can't wait to buy some of these most excellent apparels.
One thing, though - Will the "Trouble Maker" design be another one of those "probably-won't-do-it" designs, because of the sleeve graphic? I'd be mighty disappointed if I couldn't get ahold of one of those....and I would be willing to pay extra for the fancy sleeve dealie.
With the designs you have listed, I'd definitely go for a "Fighting Elves" shirt, and I'd also definitely go for "Trouble Maker" if it was available. "Blue Sun" is pretty tempting, too.

Including shipping to each person, $10 for a one color shirt isn't too bad, but you could probably do better. I've worked with several bands over the years getting shirts done and there are some great diy places you can order from on the net or through the mail that have great prices. I used to use jbug prints (you could get one-sided, single color shirts for about $4, no minimum order, no setup/screen charges), but they seem to be revamping their website at the moment.

There you can get a dozen color shirts with one ink color for $3.56 each, plus a $10 screen charge. That would come out to about $4.40 per shirt. And they have no minimum order number, so you could even buy just one shirt if you wanted (though it will cost more).
The only problem I can think of is that some places may be leery of working with designs to which you do not own the legal rights.
