Mal-y Award?

I've been thinking lately about news articles where people do ethically murky things for absolutely the right reasons (and occaisionally get prosecuted in the process ) and I'm also a fan of the Darwin Awards....I think we should nominate people for Mal-y Awards (if you have a better idea for a name please speak up) and also if you can remember any specific cases to be nominated??

Mal-Win Award?
Serenity Awards?

Oh, and what would the trophy look like?

When you consider how corrupt the Greek system is, how the economy is in shambles, and what people who have money in Greece have probably done to earn that money...
