I never typed in 'absolute monarchy'. Re-read what I posted.

Govt is a necessary evil, It should exist, but not be given too much power. The US Constitution was pretty clear on that matter.

It's not that complicated.

Well, I was wrong when I assumed people don't much change. PN is getting more reasonable and little rappy is becoming PN. Yo there little rappy! When are we going to start reading about the Nazi Jewish Queen sacrificing young boys at Bohemian Grove?

I'm as conservative as you can get, but I've never once thought of liberals as being Nazis or any other type of fascists, and whether any of them have thought that of us is irrelevant. They have their views, and we have ours; all proud parts of the political and cultural debate. The cornerstone of representative democracy in America is the vote, and it's proven itself as the best remedy to any perceived tyranny for 230 years.

And Jong, having different political views is all well and good, just like being able to worship different gods. But once your practices start infringing upon MY rights, then it becomes a problem. The reasonable response isn't " Oh, let's all just be civil, and live and let live ". No, it's to stand up for your rights, and push them back across the line they've crossed.
