Anyone Know 'Heart of Gold' Writer, Brett Matthews?

Just noticed 'Heart of Gold' was written by Brett Matthews, but I have no idea who he is or what he has written in the past. Does anyone know? IMDB turns up nothing.

Brett Matthews used to be Joss Whedon's personal assistant. He co-wrote a four issue Angel comic book mini-series with Joss. He's quite the good writer. Oh, and he used to write the weblog, before Kelly.

Don't know Brent Matthews but, Heart of Gold has the following actors: Melinda Clark as Nandi, presumably the Companion who decided to go it on her own, opening a brothel on one of the outer worlds, Fredric Lehne as Ranse Burgess maybe he is one of the local powers that be giving Nandi a hard time. Also Kimberly McCollough as unknown.

Hope it helps some, at least until we can get the whole thing.
