Serenity film in the UK?

Hi,

Guys I am late to this whole Firefly thing but now that I have watched the DVD set several times I am loving Jayne(I have man parts!)Cobb and am intrigued by Mal. Wish I could go to the BrownCoat parties. What I want to know is what is the buzz about the film in the UK. I know that we get films later but are we even going to get this film here at all?

We're getting it - not sure it has a date yet, but a number of the cast are over in the UK at the end of April so maybe it will link in with that.

Then again, Hellboy just came out here, and was out in the States around April time. If that happens here I'm gonna petition the Queen to get a few schooners and the cavalry mounted up, and take back that pesky little colony

Thanks. I got all excited and then I realised that no one I know has even heard of Firefly - I know shocking. So the film is coming fingers crossed that I get to see Jayne necked - I will die a happy woman

Well you have to spread the word! That's part of being a fan ;)

You have the DVD - impose yourself on friends, tell them they must see it. Show them the pilot, and an episode or two if you can get away with it - chances are they'll like it :)

Oh, and go down to your local library and tell them to get the set (lots of librarys have DVD sets you can rent you know :)
