Bellflower the firefly fan film has been struggling with completing animations and has decided to release the full length film in parts.

Hmmmmmmm *squints.......Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Well. It definitely has style and feels familliar, and I like the design of the ship, the efforts that went into the mechanics of the thing, and even the theme song. The smoke rolling from the engine did make me laugh, too.

First impression of the Captain? Not getting the captain-y vibe-itude...Babysitter mebbe. But I'll wait and see....

And the mechanic? Hobo chic??? Jumpsuits are just totally visually unappealing to me. Just 'cause Kaylee wore one don't mean EVERY mechanic has to.

Might wanna concentrate on the person's face that's messing about with knobs and levers, more so than the actual knobs and levers, too.

There. My honest review, with the plusses and minuses...

I'm totally thrilled to see this coming about!
I haven't seen enough footage to comment on that,
but all I've seen before makes this a top of my list awaited excitement.

PLEASE point me in the direction of a region-free DVD!

I really enjoyed this. Gotta love the wobbly head doll, the 3 switches, and of course everyone's favorite engine, the Capissen 38.
