Have you checked out a thing called "Facebook" I hear there are many Browncoats about, though I don't dare go there meself...
Also, It seems that typing in your area, and the word Browncoat in a search is somewhat helpful.... or U.K. Fireflyfans...
We have a dozen or so that come here frequently...

Hey there Newbs, Greetings and salutations! Isn't Firefly the best dang TV series never to have a second season (Damn you Fox!) and the verse is rife with Browncoats of all shapes, sizes and colors........so sit a spell.

This is also a hoot and a holler to all the O.B.s - Original Browncoats. Still kicking after all these years!

I've been here a while, but don't post much.

I'm one of those people who didn't know about Firefly at all until a few years ago when I stumbled on it on Hulu. I didn't watch much TV back when it was on. I've probably watched the whole series 20 times since then, and it's still more entertaining than any show out there.

Like most of you, I loved it from the get-go and wondered how such a great show could have been cancelled so fast. The Friday night "death slot," the network, etc., just made me angry. How many people would have gotten into it if they'd just promoted and scheduled it better? We'll never know.

For me, good shows are hard to find, and I've never joined a fansite for any other show, let alone one that was gone before I ever saw it. I like Firefly that much.

I think we would have been as big as Trek eventually too...
