Big Suck. The drought/heat continue; not long before some idiot with a firecracker sets the forest behind our house on fire.

Big Suck, but at least we still have electricity in this heat, which is more than I can say for other unfortunate souls nearby.
Hopefully the storms they are calling for miss us Wednesday night and we can see some fireworks to celebrate the 4th.

Finally got a little rain yesterday; which was good as we had quite a fireworks festival in our front field! Blew up a watermelon real good!
