I'm betting she'll turn out to be a skrull at some point though. So, expect to get the fake out death. She'll get killed. We'll feel bad. Body will turn into a skrull. *gasp*

I actually had to look that one up. Guess I'm no where near the fanboy geek that I ...well, ok. I never WAS one, but still.

And yes, that WOULD be a heck of a plot twist, but I'd hate for it to play out right like that.

I was a bit miffed that Thor never took a second to at least call Jane, since the whole 'I give you my word I'll be back' and then he didn't come back. There's always hope for a deleted scene, though.

Definitely enjoyed this film. Like, so much. I'm most definitely a Hawkeye fan, so seeing him kick some butt, among other things, was greatly appreciated.

Seen the 3 comic book hero movies out this summer. I thought all were good, but if I had to rate them best to least best

Avengers
Spider-man
Dark Knight Rises

I was pleasantly surprised by Spider-man and sadly disappointed by Batman. Avengers rocked the whole way through though. Marvel's got a tough act to follow.

I guess my main issue w/ Spiderman was in some of the 'science' parts of the story. Lizards 'herding' , down towards the sewer... reminded me of the silly Penguin ( Danny Devito ) from the earlier Batman movies. And there were other, smaller points, as well as the fact that the whole reboot comes so soon after the Toby McGuire version.

I liked it more than I thought I would, at least.

Saw The Avengers again, recently. Did a mini marathon, with Thor, Captain America, too.

And TNT has been showing the heck out of Iron Man, 1 and 2, so I'm really looking forward to 3, this summer.
