Somewhere out there Marcia Brady and just about every teen from those great years are grieving over this tragic news. The Monkees had a lot of great songs, but most of all they had great personalities, and they were very appreciative of their fans during the last 40+ years. I just saw Davey recently on a PBS oldies show and he was terrific. A true icon, he was nobody's steppin' stone.
