They are so easy to make - add a teaspoon of chipotle to a brownie mix. Twenty minutes before they are done, pull them out and spread raspberry jam all over it and put it back in to finish baking. Take it out when done and let it cool. Add another half teaspoon of chipotle to the ganache and spread it on top and let it set up.

Easy peasy. Guarantied to make crappy days brighter, put a smile on Kaylee's face, and maybe even get a "please" or "thank you" out of Jayne without reminding him before hand.

Yeah, who was I kidding? Jayne say 'please" ever? Mal would have to go into Jayne's quarters locked and loaded just to get the pan back 'cause Jayne wouldn't share said brownies any other way.

Of course, maybe no one else would want to touch them after he'd dug his fingers in.
