Others that may or may not return:

Body of Proof
Terra Nova
Pan Am
Rookie Blue

Also, these are all watched on Hulu.com. Haven't had tv for many years.

I'm with you on all these shows. I don't think Rookie Blue is coming back but I think Terra Nova is coming pending some better writing.

I'm officially old.

Chris, you know you can't pull that "old" shit on me.

Pardon me if I seem to be obsessive about Fringe, but I love it, and it's better than at least seven of those shows, IMO. I won't specify which ones. Take the best parts of The X-Files, add the best episodes of The Twilight Zone, then add the character strengths of Firefly, mix them all up and you'd get Fringe.

Thank you. I was starting to think I was the only one on this site that watched it. It resumes Sunday night, and I can't wait. So far season 2 has surpassed my high expectations. This show is killer!

That is a BIG 10-4. Agreed to the 10th Power.

EC is right, Fringe is that good Chris!

EC you've done it again.

Take the best parts of The X-Files, add the best episodes of The Twilight Zone, then add the character strengths of Firefly, mix them all up and you'd get Fringe.

That is, beyond a doubt, one of the best descriptions for this show. Best show on the air right now, bar none.

From what I understand The Killing was cancelled.

Sorry guys, I forgot about Breaking Bad, a couple of notches behind Fringe as best on TV.

Gwek,

You're right about Fringe's first season, it meandered, almost directionless. But I thought that they just wanted to introduce the characters and premise. Seasons 2 and 3 were, by comparison, light years ahead. Anna Torv was great, especially in the 2 universes story arc.

The ensemble cast, as EC correctly put it, reminds me greatly of the Firefly cast, both in spirit and in essence. It seems to me that S4 is reveting back to the overall arc is S1; re-establishing the characters and group dynamic. I'm being patient with their direction this season, I believe the payoff will be worth it.

I've been trying to find a show to engage with and really, I've not found anything... I'm half enjoying Person Of Interest but Jim Caviezel's whispering voice is a little trying, and I gave Ringer a go with Sarah Michelle Gellar, but it just made me want to watch Buffy instead, and indeed that's what I'm doing...

..So just thought I'd ask and see what the Firefly Fans are watching on TV presently.

What's grabbing you?

Looks like a lot of us like the same shows.

Also, I notice a dearth of reality shows in everyone's lists. Do you not watch, or do you not admit it?

Mine:

How I Met Your Mother
Castle
NCIS
Bones
Finder
Big Bang Theory
Grimm
Fringe

And occasionally,

Antiques Road Show
Top Gear
Auction Hunters
American Pickers

Larry the Cable Guy: Only in America - on History Channel.
This is about as non-PC a show as you can imagine, but has me and Madame Geezer rolling on the floor laughing.
