Chris, have you seen any of Fringe? The first three seasons are on DVD/Blu-Ray, and it's in the middle of the fourth. IMO, it's the best TV since Firefly, and it seems FOX might actually let them get to a conclusion this time.

Again, if the conclusion is good, I'll retro with the DVD's.
I gave up on Lost early on, and I'm glad.

YAY, bwahahaha...

For a such a random show with little plot, the animation style and quality is amazingly high.
Mai is such a troll though, she likes winding people up as much as I do!

Terra Nova
Bones
Parenthood
NCIS
Castle
CSI New York
House
Private Practice (just when I've run out of things... It's pretty soap opera most days, but I can't help it- I've been watching most of the actors since I was a teen...)

I'm sure there are others that are decent enough, but this is just what I'm current with.

Wish there was a decent new animated show, one that wasn't just gay/pedo/racist jokes every five damn seconds and I wish like hell they'd finished the Unit. I have three seasons on DVD I'm too sad to watch.

Oh, and I agree with the "half enjoying" Person of Interest. It's a little dry, and repetitive, but well intended. Lead actor man is a smokin hottie too

Current series (on IMDb/Hulu):
Revenge
End Game (original series, made for Showcase [Canadian cable network]); I recommend it

Lots of TV series on Netflix, streaming & discs; too many to list

I don't have (the willpower for) broadcast or cable TV

Archer
Justified
Southland
Downton Abbey
2 Broke Girls
Modern Family
Suburgatory
An Idiot Abroad
Top Gear
The Big Bang Theory
Whitney
Hell On Wheels
Breaking Bad
The Walking Dead
Mad Men
The Killing
Sons of Anarchy
American Horror Story

Those last seven are on hiatus now, having either ended their seasons, not started their seasons, or taking a mid-season break.

More and more, I'm watching less and less on network television, preferring instead the cable networks (FX, TBS, TNT, AMC, Bravo). One "guilty pleasure" I have on network TV is "Revenge"; it's pure soap-opera hokum, but it's trashy fun.

Damn, and I thought I watched a lot of TV.

Please note that I did not include everything I watch, just those shows I unreservedly recommend to others.
