Today while I was out. Yes. I go outside. Shopping. Yes, I go outside and I'm around other people. Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire was playing in the store. Yes, there are stores where I live. Okay...less than ten. Ok, I was in the Dollar General, when I hear CROAOF playing. My mind re-wrote the first line.

Ted's nuts roasting on an open fire. (I don't know who Ted is, but I'll bet that hurts. A lot.)

Give us the next line Whozit.

I'll skip one for Whoz.

The next one goes:

Your Tide colors being hung on a wire.

Is this like Madlibs for bored adults?

If you're going to lambast a Christmas "classic", do Paul McCartney's "Wonderful Christmas Time".

It's by far the WORST song ever made, let alone a Christmas song. He'll even admit to that.

I HATE that song, lol

Even more than I hate "Jingle Bell! Jingle Bell! Jing! Jang! el!" by BS....

I hate anything that has an overt jangleing bell in it, something about the sound makes me nervous.

I recently heard Darius Ruckers version of "Walking in a Winter Wonderland" and it was nice fresh rendition.

Second favorite? "Rusty Chevrolet" Always...

Me too Wishimay.
Rust and smoke
The heater's broke
The door just blew away...

They are playing "All I Want For Christmas Is You" and "Santa Baby" constantly. Is there actually a woman out there worth all the crap being asked for in the "Santa Baby" song? I'm not sure anyone should get all of that stuff. No one is that good.

I don't know if they are still playing it this year, but the Glee versikon of "Last Christmas" and the version from Taylor Swift melted my heart last year.

As much as a rock hard golem and lone wolf as I am, that song really got to me when sung by a woman.

Santa Baby kinda bothers me too, it sounds like it's being sung by a 14 year old who's trying to sound waaaay too sexy...

Ok, since we're postin...

My rusty Chevrolet in my head is truck though...

Don't Hate on Hootie....

His BK Song was so much better than any Blowfish sing, even Hold My Hand...

Yes... I admit...

As much as I hate consumerism, this commercial post admits that I'm just as prone to it as all of you lol...

Okay so the first line is...

"Ted's nuts roasting on an open fire"

Would the next line be...

"Jacks nads bursting into flame"?
