Awesome interview, Nathan!
Really, he's a pro at this now, learning to segway out of uncomfortable spots, and be articulate even when being poked. Veiled Vigilante Space Cowboy reference (we get it-saying Firefly in every interview getting old) but he's still finding a way to slip it in ain't he?
Hubbs is just gonna love the shark knife thing...
And I'm with him, I want a space car...A bronze-y one that's kinda shaped like a bug would be nice
Oh, and I want a tan on a beach for Thanksgiving, too. That'd be great...

Arcimoto is a darling little car.
Dive-knife story is great. Loved it when he mentioned that he and his brother are Canadian.
I was surprised when he began doing talk TV and was not the laff riot he is at cons until I realized it's not the same thing at all - - he doesn't want to get too far into the naughty for the general audience, Jewel and Alan aren't there for flipping-off, Joss isn't there to climb up on his back, et cetera.
Respectable Nathan - - who'd a thunk it?

I wasn't planning on watching the interview but when it's right in front of me...he is getting very good at the interviews. Liked the diving story.
Love the full moon. So purdy.

I get what he's asking, though. Me and hubbs are pretty close ta six feet and we have a Pontiac G6 that I have whacked my head on when I get in about a dozen-ty times, especially at Oh-god-O-clock in the morning...I can't imagine what we'd have ta do to get in THAT. Lots of shoehorns, prolly. And lubricant.

There are photos of Nathan in the Arcimoto. He does rather fill it up.
I have two bros who are well over six feet, and I'm no squirt. We've all had our troubles with cars, boats, anything with a solid headroom.
When hub and I had Sprites, his dad asked, "What do you do? Get in or put it on?"
The value of the Arcimoto to Nathan may be the "smug" factor so he can make faces at Prius drivers.

That's kinda funny ta me. Here in good ol' Indiana we're all about the trucks and suv's, and litte cars are more for laughing and pointing at still. Can't move hay and trash cans in a Prius, though I'd pay money to see that...

My haulin' car was a station wagon. Filled up nicely with kids, bikes, camping stuff, the odd tree-in-a-can.
My offspring originally got herself a little truck for the archaeology clutter, now drives one of those Honda thingies that looks SUV-y but is built on a car chassis, I think. Comes with a built-in picnic table, LOL. Carries any number of kitty-crates, bags o' stuff, the occasional bale...
