That might have happened a few times, but not likely. Actors have to register their names with the unions, and while sometimes they can make variations (add or subtract a middle name, or initial) they have to stay consitant.
Plus, this is the internet age, those types of subversion are almost impossible to pull off now anyway.

To illustrate: Brendan Gleeson could have done the scene, below, in the nude, but he didn't have to because the script was tightly written and the movie was amply financed by the National lottery. Nudity and fake blood are the entertainment industry's Improvised Explosive Devices -- crude ways to get the audience's attention. And it worked for V, for awhile. I watched V to see the next Morena explosion, never for the story. Toward the end of the season she had fake blood dripping from her eyeballs and she was stabbing her own mother to death. But some people expect more from their entertainment, which requires the writers to give Morena better dialog and plotlines. Sadly, the writers could not deliver and the show was canceled.

On the other hand, Brendan Gleeson in The Guard (2011) didn't need to get naked (damn, that would have been awesome) because the writer gave him lots and lots of funny dialog with the prostitutes. The writer never ran out of ideas, unlike the writers on V.
