In the bullseye section in the back it states that Morenas boobs appear on homeland so much that they should have their own agent.Well for the sake of research I yahooed homeland and Morena and went to images and indeed she is in the buff quite a bit,now Im no prude but I was a little shocked to see her nude.The same way I was shocked when Gina Torres was nude on the shield.They both were beautiful but still just shocked to see them in the buff.

I hardly think two scenes out of seven episodes is excessive. In Morena's defense, in both of those scenes her nudity, while not essential, was an integral part of the emotions between the two characters involved; in one instance her lover, the other her husband.

Homeland is on cable. They seem to think they need lots of skin to make a show.

I once heard it said that actually a lot of actresses start out acting under a different name, doing scenes like this. That way when they're hired and given billing under their real name, the directors know they won't balk just because of a nude scene.
Morena could have just been nervous in Firefly because it was the first time doing a scene like that under her own name.

To illustrate: Brendan Gleeson could have done the scene, below, in the nude, but he didn't have to because the script was tightly written and the movie was amply financed by the National lottery. Morena doesn't always have that kind of scriptwriters, or money, so she has to get naked. Often. Small budgets and bad scripts are compensated for with nudity and buckets of blood.
