That shot is definitely her stunt double. But the shot at the top of the thread is Hathaway.

I highly doubt she'll even be referred to as Catwoman in the film. She'll just be Selina.
Maybe, at the end, there'll be some throw-away line about her wanting her own animal-based alternate identity - but I doubt she's going to go around calling herself Catwoman, or stealing cat-themed jewels or anything.

I agree. But don't you think there is something just slightly wrong with a comic book movie that is ashamed to be a comic book movie? Realism is great, but when that angle is pushed too far you have to ask yourself what you paid to see.

I'd hardly call it "ashamed" to try and treat it as if it exists in something resembling reality. Every single character having a code name and gimmick was more about marketing anyway. As long as the character is faithfull, I don't care.
