meaning change?

So I was thinking about getting a Firefly/Serenity tattoo and I have an idea in my head about getting something like this (without Mal and the whole cowboy thing)

however it would have this ship infront of the serenity logo with flames comming out of the back of the ship

I like the idea of the ship infront of the serenity chinese but i was wondering would the chinese translate to something different with part of it being blocked by the ship?

I looked at the symbols and definitions at one point, and I think the two symbols mean approximately the same thing.

I think there's two symbols more to add some nuance than it is that it changes the meaning much.

yeah i just thought i looked cool kind of like they serenity logo was a sun the ship was flying past i just don't want the meaning of the symbols to change because part of it is covered.i love what each symbol means by itself and them together. i just dont want it to translate from serenity/tranquility to something completely random because part of it is blocked or covered up.
