YOU DIDN'T LIKE HER? She was the best of the women he's dated! She was fun, friendly and fit in with the group. Her first "date" was 2nd only to the Stella 5 minute (or whatever) date. She's the gold standard that the mother is going to have to beat.
She also single handedly saved the premier night. Without her the whole thing amounts to the writers teasing us that they aren't going to reveal anything for a long time.
Plus I hate Nora. I don't see any chemistry between her and Barney. She doesn't fit at all and I can't buy that Barney would be so head over heals for her.
Um...as far as non-spoileryness goes uh...I'm hungry.

ok it's a personal thing... she's just too cheerful and nice. But I suppose that says more about her than me.
I hate Nora... I'm voting that it's Robin that Barney is marrying.
Also- I think it's a bit unfair to Buttercup that we already know he meets the mom at Barney's wedding so he isn't ending up with her.
Side note... does Ted seem to be getting douche-ier??

I think that was the worst move they could have made. By telling us that he doesn't meet the mother until the wedding it means this whole season is pointless in that regard. That's really annoying. I think they're basically shooting for the wedding to be the end of the season. I'm actually betting that they'll only get up to the wedding by the end of the season and we'll have to wait until next season to meet the mother.
Yes, Ted is becoming douchier. He's not very likeable at all these days. To me the show lives or dies by barney. He's the only one who's still consistently funny.
Also, NPH can dance! Not so much for Colby Smulders though.
If I forget lunch I try to catch up. I've eaten some pretty late lunches. Though I guess I wouldn't use the word "forget". More like get too busy for lunch.

Personally I really don't want the show to end with Ted just meeting the mother and the credits roll. That would be a huge let down unless somehow we already know who the mother is. I'm hoping we get at least a season of the two of them together and we can end the show at their wedding or something. I think that would provide enough closure.
Stegs, I've got Castle recorded. It's on my list behind the broncos game and the playboy club (mmmmm amber heard). I mean Beckett's funeral does not really make me super interested in the season premier.

Sorry Steg we started watching it and then Johnny ( who over stuffed himself at dinner) got a tickle in his throat and threw up EVERYWHERE!! By the time we cleaned him up and cleaned me up ( I was sadly in the path of the hosing) it was time to get him to bed. By the time we finished that we were so tired we just went to bed.
