I could do with a late night study buffet.
I certainly need to be doing a lot of study. But tonight didn't count.
Also I've got an 8 hour live show to watch tomorrow, so tomorrow doesn't count either.
I'll study Saturday. Yeah.

A big pile of Crawdads and a bib.

Garlicky potato dumplings floating in... butter, with sour cream and chives.
A bucket of chicken wings (toss the celery and double the blue cheese!)
Seventeen varieties of cheesecake.
Raspberry fudge brownie bars.

Red Cat red wine
Pu-pu platter chinese take out- chicken wings, egg rolls, teriyaki chicken, crab ragoons, fried wontons.
Shrimp Fried rice.

Okay: y'all will appreciate this..
I had an idea for a cake float into my head. Now I need to make it. The tricky bit will be finding the cake recipe.
Light chocolate cake (a hint of chocolatey goodness, not devil's food..) with hazelnut filling and amaretto buttercream frosting.
This. NEEDS. To happen.
I have even purchased Amaretto. And hazelnut liqueur in case the actual hazelnuts (maybe in paste form) don't pan out. Or perhaps even if they do.
Opinions? Suggestions? Advance demands for recipes?
