I am a recent fan of Firefly, having just seen the series for the first time two weeks ago, and have become obsessed. My wife and I have already made a bunch of Jayne shirts and become consumed by all things Firefly. I have just started reading some of the fan fics posted on this site and wondered if any were based around the Early character from Objects in Space. He just seems like such an interesting character that could have been further developed had the series not been cancelled. So, if anybody could point me in the right direction, I would be most appreciative. Oh, if you haven't watched Objects in Space with the commentary by Joss, do it soon

I know of one Jubal Early Fan Fiction. But that's only cause I wrote it. Sad to say, I haven't posted it here. Not sure if that means I should have hushed about it or not. Its only a very small one pager... but let me know if you find any other ficts with him in it. I'd appreciate it. I'll try and do the same.

Have you posted your story anywhere? Go ahead and put it on this site. I'm sure there are other fans of the character. I'll let you know if I ever find any others Jubal stories.

Thanks for the info and links. Big thanks for the reminder to check the rating. The last thing I want to read about is Jubal and Simon having some sort of romantic encounter. Could get real nasty if he followed through on threats he made to Kylie with one of the male crew members. Yikes!
