So, the STS-135 crew honored Stephen Colbert with a visit, and they presented him with an artifact from the Shuttle program: One of the split nuts from the SRB hold-down bolts.
After they explained how the explosive charges work, his response was priceless...
"Y'know, as if launching a rocket wasn't phallic enough, you literally bust a nut to get into space."
