Opening scene of Serenity, what would you like to see?

I'd like to see it open at the dining table when something happens to kick-start the plot. I think it may start with the Operative getting his assignment, though, in order to catch people up on what the basic situation is. I would also expect the Reaver attack to come up fairly quickly.

I'll agree with people suggesting the heist. Preferably something violent, as Witlesschum suggested, to set up the moral ambiguity of the characters.
Then show them giving medicine to townsfolk, or caring for River, or Kaylee eating strawberries. . .
