When I checked Fox this morning, it wasn't anywhere to be found on their front page online. Last I looked, it still isn't.
Others had it pretty prominently displayed on their main pages at the time.
I can understand the reasoning behind not wanting to talk about something which is such an embarrassment, and trying to "bury" it in your coverage. After all, when GE was the parent company of MSNBC, they were never allowed to cover issues like the unwanted "extra engine" for the Joint Strike Fighter.
Oh. Except they covered those stories prominently in their primetime shows, for days on end, all while pointing out that while they were against these wastes of taxpayer money, they were also working for a network owned by the manufacturer of these engines, but that still didn't make them want them.
How biased of them. ;)

Ah, so now folks begin to understand why I find Murdoch so despicable - ironic in that he learned these tactics from Hearst, who was also a complete sleaze...
This is also why Murdoch hates the internet, the edge common people have now that they didn't back in the days of Hearsts empire, the ability to side-step the propaganda and find their own information - I'm not sure most folk can even conceive the level of hatred folks like that have for even the notion of information outside their control, which is why they're desperate to back any legislation which hinders that, no matter what.
One good thing I hope comes out of this is an awareness of just how easy it is to hack into peoples phones - and that this encourages manufacturers to offer some defenses... which will no doubt come with a lot of screaming from the alphabet boys cause that'd hinder spyin on people. *hisssss* 
Which is kinda funny, cause I've ALREADY seen some howling about Blackberry that way.
Of course, just like with Blizzard, Square-Enix, and Playstation Network, those goddamn CALEA mandated backdoors (which, mind you, it is a felony crime to subvert, and often they're hardwired) will kinda defeat the purpose for anyone with actual skill - but still, it'd keep the script kiddies out.

I believe that as of my last post Fox had published 32 articles relating to "News of the World" in the previous week. About the same as other news outlets.

I've checked it once, to get the 32 articles figure on "news of the world" articles. Other than that, I dont check Fox News. I'd say, based on those facts, that it's a foregone conclusion that you check Fox News more than I do.
