big updates... I would be just mortified if somebody took my pic just as I dropped trou at a pool!

How come it is that some gals gain a few pounds and they get double G's and I gain weight and all I get is depressed??

I wonder how 'n the hell that happened anyways...I'm sure whozit and EC and a few others are just DYING to know, too...

Alas, genetics. Where your fat is stored is determined by a set of hormones, as is where your muscles grow. You can alter your hormones to some extent with diet, but the great genome guides them all.

Here's something for everyone to watch out for: The genome being expressed may not be your own. If you take in particularly animal products, even dairy, the expression of animal genes in your system can be quite prevalent.

Just FYI
