I'm not that keen on top-heavy women, to be honest, but Christina's an exception because she's so pretty and petite, and her hair colour suits her. Shawna Trpcic liked her because she was curvy and therefore a change from the usual Hollywood woman. Mind you, the Firefly crew had a very healthy attitude to actresses' weight - didn't Jewel have to put weight on for the role?

Yeah, Joss asked Jewel to add a few pounds and Jewel admits to going hog-wild with her foodie nature. However, it strained her health a bit, so Serenity featuring slimmer BDHs due to eating less and burning lots of calories meant Jewel could drop some of the weight or keep it off for filming.
