That IS pretty awful that the justice system will do that to someone. Bond inflation is one of the more sleazy tricks up the sleeves of the judges and lawyers to try to force a confession.

OK, well, I actually do feel sorry for Kaneman's GF and I do hope things work out for her, in more ways than one.
And I hope she ditches that emotional vampire of a BF who... when she wound up in jail... wrote a eulogy to his dick.
