From the floor of the Sereni-Tree's common room TheRealMe stirs and lifts his head a bit. He senses a presence that has been absent for a long,long time. He opens one eye. It scans the room.
TheRealMe smiles. "Cozen? My alter ego? TheUnrealMe? Why, that's just... very, very nice."
TheRealMe returns to his alcoholic stupor, thinking that he dreamed the whole thing.

COZEN?!?! So glad you're back!
**It suddenly occurs to her that Cozen should not be in her room**
Cozen, what are you doing here? Why didn't you meet up with all of us in the Common Area? Everyone will be thrilled to see you're back...

Is there ANYBODY aboard the SereniTREE? Where is everyone?!?

**jake7 jumps when she hears Mai's voice right behind her**
Geez! You just about gave me a heart attack!!
The crew seems to have disappeared again! I haven't been to the bridge yet, so maybe someone's up there, but you're the only one who has responded to my message.
**she shakes her head in confusion**
It's so weird. Cozen was in my room when I got there and he was up to something. I squeezed past him and into my bathroom and when I came out, he was gone!
**she checks her watch and is shocked by the passage of time**
Holy...! According to my watch, it's been just about two months since I went to my room!
What the heck is going on around here? This is the second or third time now that time has passed in such a large clump and the crew has disappeared...
Let's get to the cockpit to see if anyone's manning the controls...and, Mai? DON'T TOUCH ANY BUTTONS THIS TIME!!
