If you're paying 3X the price for organic produce, you're shopping wrong.
I generally will pay a *little* more for organic, pesticide-free produce, depending on the season and the produce. Organic celery tastes quite a bit better, as do organic carrots. And since I go through more than a pound of each per week, I'd prefer to NOT be awash in insecticides. I know you don't believe in such things, Wulfie, but you really should read up on things like 2,4,5T and other chemicals that used to be sprayed anywhere and everywhere, and some of the outcomes of those actions.
I'll pay more for organic strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, too.
What I'd really like to know, though, is this: What's it to you? What do you care what others spend their money on?
I mean, you've stated before that you really want a 5.0 Mustang. Does is grind your gears if we start telling you how inefficient and wasteful that car is, or how stupid you are for paying $4 a gallon to fill up your gas-guzzler, or how many more efficient cars you could run on the gas you're pissing away?

OK, so maybe you think organic produce consumers are stupid. Whatever. I buy organic whenever I can because I don't want to eat pesticides. So I'm stupid for not wanting to ingest poisonous chemicals that kill bugs. Eh, I've been called worse.

I wonder if it'd grind Wulfie's gears to know that the engine in the 5.0 Mustang isn't even five liters, but around 4.944? Even the new ones (2011+) with the Coyote V8 still aren't 5.0's.

Meh, everybody seems to fudge on displacement numbers. Oddly, my old Honda, they DOWNSIZED the advertised displacement - it was a 1342cc, and they called it a 1300.
Worst is probably the Mercedes 6.3 - which displaces all of 6208cc. They're fudging by a full nine-tenths of a liter! And that was BEFORE the latest versions, which still get credit for the 6.3 in the nomenclature (CLS63 AMG, for instance), despite using a 5.5 liter V8 now.
So on a cosmic scale, Ford's a minor offender.

Yep. Mercedes does seem to be the worst of them, but it's still worth a chuckle or two. At least to me that is. 
As to what grinds my gears:
- Hypocrites.
- People who do other stuff in their car besides keeping their eyes on the road and DRIVING.
- People who sit at the computer whinging about stuff and not doing anything about it.
- Spongebob Squarepants.
- The lack of a sequel to Spaceballs.

People who get their knickers in a twist about petty, ridiculous things ?
Oh, and for small engines, scooters and whatnot, they tend to "cheat" DOWN the actual numbers, often for legal/licensing reasons - in MI anything up to 50cc can be licensed one way, anything over must be licensed another...
And here's the problem with that, the full on motorcycle license test *requires* using a manually shifted cycle, because clutch and gear operation is part of the test - this is impossible for me due to prosthetics and nerve damage, despite the fact that I can ride and operate anything that isn't manual all the way up to a freakin Honda Gold Wing Trike!
Not to mention many Scooter/Cycles like the SilverWing and others have 500cc or more in displacement, but a variator-type automatic transmission, which is quite reliable cause it's only three moving parts, but I digress...
Because of that silly requirement, I *have* to cheat down the displacement of my skimmer to 50cc, which is a bit of a cheat, but honestly short of taking the bloody thing apart (and me being the only mechanic in three COUNTIES that even knows how...) there's no way in hell you're gonna prove otherwise.
Anyhow, I think it's ridiculous to require manual transmission knowledge for an operator who neither owns, nor ever plans to operate, a manual transmission vehicle - they don't do it for cars, right ?

Car dealership commercials.
I just wanna hear some gorram music! I swear, I hear more auto dealership commercials than anything else on my radio. I am currently saving up to purchase another car (unless my some uncharacteristic stroke of good luck we fix my car this time and it starts working right for a change...) and I will not be purchasing from any dealerships I've heard of over the radio.
Suck it Cass Burch Chrysler Dodge and Jeep! Your advertising has guaranteed you will never receive my business (As if I would ever buy a Chrysler).
