KS is stupid. I wouldn't watch the show at first bec of him. Shards was actually pretty good, although it reminded me too much of In heaven now are three. But at least Harper had a role. I've missed him.

The "we're not saluting and we're not calling you captain" days were far better.

I love KHC. But i've been so frustrated that i didn't even know that he had encouraged people to write stuff.

I miss the bone spurs!

You can say that again.

Jayne: Time for some thrilling heroics.

I have been thinking of running campaigns on my site to restore the Andromeda that once was the greatest show in the SciFi empire. One of the campaigns is to bring RHW back. He developed the show, so he should still be with it today. One thing that did attract me to the coming of Season 3 was the change in costumes and the changes to Trance and Rommie, plus the suspense of what happened to Beka and Tyr, but I was very disappointed with how "If the Wheel is Fixed" was so confusing and didn't make any sense. "The Shards of Rimni" was a good episode, maybe a little bit on the 'Hercules in Space' side, but it was still a good episode. "Mad to be Saved" was just plain strange, but it's comedy parts made up for it. I don't know about "Cui Bono?" yet. Hmmmm. We will see.

I like your idea cwcandromeda. I'm no sure how effect that will be though.

I though 'Mad to be Saved' was horrible! It proved once and for all that Dylan doesn't really care about his crew.

Agh. .this season hasn't been too good! Mtbs was terrible! I have seen every episode of Drom at least once, and that one... I couldn't sit through it. I didn't pay attention.. It was that bad.

I miss RHW. I mean, he wasn't the only one who could write, but when he was there, the others wrote better stories! I love Zack and Ash too...

The demise of Andromeda strikes once again even outside of its own show, by worrying me about Firefly. "Out of Gas" was just so stunningly awesome that I'm reminded of how I felt after certain Season 1 and a few (mostly early) Season 2 episodes of Andromeda. And yet, after the last show to reach such lofty heights has plunged into the deepest valley and started drilling a hole, now there's this little voice in the back of my mind saying "Just wait a year and a half, and compare the Firefly episodes you'll be getting then with this one..."

It takes quite a disastrous downfall for any one show to have such far-reaching consequences to fans of a completely unrelated show!

I hated MtbS. The whole time I was watching it I kept yelling at my TV, and I even threw a pillow at it in one point. The only good scenes were Tyr's lines and Harper trying to get out of his hostage situation.

I kind of feel like my hearts been broken with so many canceled shows or shows that have gone down hill.

I really like Space: Above and Beyond. It was canceled.

I kind of liked Alien Nation. Ditto.

Farscape. Ditto. Earth2 ditto.

Buffy and Angel have been the only shows I've liked that have lasted a season.

Not trying to sound like a depressed person or anything.

I really liked Andromedia. But my God did it start to suck as nothing has ever sucked before.

I'm hoping Firefly sticks around. That was why I hit all of the save firefly ads. :)

If Firefly lasts, I don't think we'll have that problem. Unlike Andromeda, Firefly isn't helmed by a committee of boobs who don't know scifi from a hole in the ground (or their asses from scifi or a hole in the ground).

Thank God for Joss! Firefly has the benefit of having a single person's vision, like B5. I expect it to keep getting better.
