But with all seriousness, I am intrigued with where Wheeler & co. are wanting to go with the show, though their desires to explore different genres doesn't protect it from suffering from too much pizzaz and not enough heart or sense.
To me, the show needs to a similar mix of wink-wink, nudge-nudge and serious as the first 90s Batman animated series or the 60s Green Hornet to succeed long-term.

Dude, she looks like an older, wiser River. But yeah, definitely prettier every single time I see it.

Thanks for posting the article Haken. I would like to see her return to TBBT, perhaps as Leonard's friend. Somehow I think they could write that into the show so she could have a recurring role. Perhaps Leonard saves her laptop from crashing and they strike a friendship.
All of Geekdom would thank me were this to happen. Your welcome guys.
Besides, more of Summer is a good thing, Don ma?

It's not just you. She really does.

It's not just you. She really does.
Maybe it's a Blue Sun chemical that was put into her so that she can more easily take out her adversaries. (snorts) I'm just kidding but that would be possible if she really were River.

I see a woman before me where once a young maiden stood.
ah the joys of growing up... I know Joss is all about having 17 yr olds save the universe and battle horrible evils...but once done..it's nice to see em grow and blossom..long live River Tam !

oh..and I just downloaded itunes the Cape...kept meaning to check it out...now, if it's getting critical disclaim.. I'll probably really like it...hope it gets more epis than our beloved Firefly....I'm just old enough to dig what Wheeler is trying to accomplish and anxious to see if he pulled it off.
