Alright, there's just one thing you gotta remember. If you ever get any deals emailed from someone that you don't know, they are FAKE.

Just a bit of common sense! No honest business would use unsolicited email (SPAM) as a marketing tool.

i don't really see the "scam". except thats it probably gorram impossible to get five people to sign up for the "offers". I was hoping someone here would have a better idea.

this chap claims it works, but i still dont know.

Go for it man. But I'll bet you all the money I can come up with that this is some kind of pyramid scam. Your name will be put on a list with *only* nine or so people above you. As each tier below you *completes* their offer you move up the list.

Let's work through the math. Say you start off at number ten on the list. You get five people to sign up and you move up to nine...off and running! When they each get five people to sign up, you move up again, that's another 25, for a total of 30 - you move up to eight. When those twenty five complete their offers, you move up to seven having moved a total of 155 'offers'. To move up to sixth requires another 625 suckers for a grand total of 780. Fifth level puts the total at 3905, four brings us to 19630, number three requires 97,755, second place - 988,380 and.. to finally get your iPod a grand total of 2,941,505 people must *complete* their offer.

Now, I didn't double check those figures, and I'm making some assumptions about the number of levels. But even if its *only* five, you'd still have to wait for nearly 4000 people to sign up. And keep in mind, if any one of your five people slacks on your, your chances of scoring on this offer go to zero.

I'll bet some people did get iPods from this. They were the first few people to sign up, probably the people who started it, or their close friends. Either way their counting on the fact that nearly all of their offers will peter out before fruition and they'll have recieved spam credit for millions and millions of 'offers' being distributed and pay out on only a handful (if any).

Everything I've read and seen about this looks pretty legit. Reading their TOS and looking at other sites all seem to indicate you really only do need the 5 people and that you actually get it.

The main questionable thing I found is the amount of outs they have in their TOS, but I still believe it's a legit thing.

I however, will not be participating in it. I don't believe it that much :P

Not really much to lose either way though, sign up for a new email etc.
