Search engine?

Hello fellow browncoats,
In my ignorance I am unclear as to whether this site has a search engine or a way to easily access the archived posts without having to click on the link at the bottom of the page over and over. I was wondering if perhaps someone could provide a link to somewhere that will makes things a little clearer.

Search will be available on the new site soon though.
