That is not the collector's edition. This other one is the collector's edition with 2 commentaries with Joss Whedon:

I played it for 10 seconds at a random spot. Adam Baldwin was saying that young Summer was a girl from his daughter's dance class. The girl was heartbroken when Summer Glau overdubbed her voice. Summer felt bad for her, “Wow... I didn't know that...” Joss said, “I love to make little girls cry.”
