This has nothing to do with Firefly/Serenity, but I figured there would be some here who might like these.

There are several movies and TV shows that I have tried to sell on Ebay recently with nary a bid after several listings. I even went to a local video store today to sell them, but I was insulted by the extremely low amount they were willing to give me.

I am willing to offer these, first come first served, with the stipulation of just one per person, and I would like it if you could pay for the postage. Otherwise, free and clear.

Here's what I have to give away:

Joan of Arcadia - Season 1

Veronica Mars - Season 2

A Scanner Darkly - Single Disc, Widescreen

Edge of Darkness on VHS TAPE - This is the 1985 BBC miniseries starring Bob Peck, Joanne Whalley, Ian McNiece and Joe Don Baker, written by Troy Kennedy Martin and directed by Martin Campbell. Six episodes on two tapes. It is the basis of the recent Mel Gibson film.

Just $3.00 media mail postage for Joan, Veronica or Edge of Darkness, and $2 first class for A Scanner Darkly. My email is e_c_gordon@hotmail.com, and that is also tied to my PayPal account, so if you want just go ahead and make a transaction to that address for whichever set you want.

These are all Region 1 DVDs, and the tapes are NTSC standard for the US. I am willing to ship overseas for the appropriate amount of postage, but you will need to email me to find out what that might be for where you live, and be sure you will be able to watch these on your players before you buy.

I have too much to watch as is, but if anyone out there hasn't seen Veronica Mars I highly recommend it. After Buffy, Angel and Firefly it has to be one of the TV shows I miss the most.

Given the selection, not so surprised.
My local CD/DVD independent store offers tiny coin for DVDs as well. The market is flooded.
To get the cashy money for Classic Galactica ($48 used) I have to sell about 15 DVDs.
It's the way of things...

So that means you're not interested in any of these either? I seem to recall you saying something about being interested in Edge of Darkness, but do you still have a working VHS player?

Just in case anyone thinks this is a scam with the purpose of phishing for emails or addresses, please be assured I would not do that to anyone, much less a Browncoat. I've been a member here since January, 2004, and visit every day.
