OK, so there's really nothing to report yet other than I had set my alarm for 5am but woke at 4:30 because how could I sleep? I'm gonna see the BDHs today!!! I'm @ SFO now waiting for my flight to leave and I just wanted to log on and see if I can post from this fancy Palm handheld computer-type-thingy. Someone respond to this so I know if it worked...

It worked. Enjoy, and thank-you for being eye-and-ears for those of us who can't be there.!

And for those of you around the world, its now about 10:00 AM EasternTime, that's 7:00 AM PacificTime in SanDiego, on July 25th 2004.

6 more hours to go. I sure hope they get a bigger crowd than the StarWars announcement did.

Met up with DVDGuy Jeremy near the front of the line to get into the room, after having plastered the popular freebies table with 11th Hour's great flyers. Grumpy's Jayne hat and the Serenity patches (from Gwen) soon attracted a modest group of fellow browncoats. We made it into the center/front (3-5 rows back) and are now sitting through a 'riding the bullet' panel. It says something of my fellow browncoats' dedication that they are all willing to sit through 2 and 1/2 hours of stuff like The Seed of Chucky just to have a good seat when our BDHs show up.
