So you're saying that in a number of years, the "Islamic State of Iraq" might be recognized as a sovereign nation by the United Nations?
I'd bet they'll have renounced targeting christians before that happens. Or, if they have resources we want, we'll simply ignore it if they do target them. Kinda like we do with China.
