From what I understand of the episode, Jeffster finally clues in to the fact there's been several people named "Greta" working at their Buy More and they decide to investigate. So I can easily imagine ANYONE snapping and acting all crazy when those two get in your business

Amen to that, micjwelch! Don't care if people think this is type-casting, but Summer Glau can play the exotically hot but nuttier than squirrel poop woman anytime she wants!**
** = Though I still want her to have work experience that allows her to find and explore her range, of course. Just noting she's got an ability to play characters who are unstable but still more than just simple caricatures...
