One of the bigger movies overseas that everyone is waiting for is the live action Space Battleship Yamato (Star Blazer here in the US).

It's about a runaway train that crashes into things, does it get any better!!

I've only seen 1 flick this year, it was the "A-Team". It didn't suck but I expected better.

Interesting how Hollywood have run out of ideas. Unstoppable is similar to Speed and The Peacemaker.

True, but I'll love watching the train distroy things. I LOVE IT WHEN THINGS GET SMASHED!!

This is why I think "Speed" is better then "Gone with the Wind" and the "Grapes of Wrath".

From your list I am waiting for:
I Am Number Four
Sucker Punch

Not mentioned by anyone else yet:
Skyline

There is another that some of you may have heard about, it's only been at a few film festivals so far with its only theatrical release in Russia, but it is available (or was a couple of weeks ago) as a rental from Amazon Video On Demand and iTunes. Monsters is a very low budget film set in the future after a returning space probe crash lands in Mexico with an alien specimen on board. Since I have seen it I can't put it on my "I wanna see" list, but it may be something others might like, except it doesn't have much action and the aliens don't get a lot of screen time. It is more of a character drama of two Americans trying to get back to the U.S. through the quarantine zone.

That Space Battleship Yamato thingy looks intriguing. I remember the cartoon, and even then thinking.... why not just build a brand new ship?

I know, I know.... science FICTION

"Drive Angry" is getting good buzz already, "Skyline" looks like a "Independence Day" rip off.
