Hi,
We are avid Firefly fans somewhere in the sticks of Nova Scotia well off Alliance radar. However we need hats. Can anyone help me out with information about how to get them?

Cead Mile Failte, Bearwolfe!!
Nova Scotia? Wow, my planet just moved a little closer to being a core planet, hah.
Sorry, I'm not too much help, but I say go find the nearest group of old ladies and sure enough one of 'em will be a knitter or crochet, bring 'em a picture and yarn and money and like magic one will appear before your very eyes!
Leastways, that's what we did!
Let us know if ya get one...

If you are not afraid to learn to knit, there are tons of patterns available online (many of them for free).
http://www.wearwithstyle.com/hat5.html this place sells kits to make your very own hat. She also knits them but usually has a waiting list.
There is also the Canadian based Abbyshots with their Jayne Hoodie. I can vouch for it being quite nice and warm to wear, then again I am a bit biased since I designed the sleeve art :)

Ha! I shoulda known that. When I saw the thread I sent a PM to the austin knitter extraordinaire. Way to take the more direct approach MsA.
