Exactly what I thought. I also thought that during the premier of castle this season when Beckett was giving the "everywhere I go his eyes keep following me" look to the Nathan cardboard cutout.

The Awesome Song

The “Captain Awesome” song

Since Jayne had a song devoted to him in the Firefly episode "Jaynestown” I decided I’d write a little tune for Devon Woodcomb, since there’s been posts here comparing his statue to Jayne’s.

Goes something like this:

From the genes of Bruce Boxleitner & Mogran Fairchild,

He is the kind of man….one day I aspire to become,

His name goes without saying , the man they call AWESOME……

He’s a super husband, doctor and hero,

And brother-in-law to our friend known as Bartouski-Chuck,

Next to him I feel like a zero,

So should I throw up my hands and just say what tha……..heck,

He comes from a family that is completely beguiled,

From the genes of Bruce Boxleitner & Mogran Fairchild,

He is the kind of man….I aspire to become,

His name goes without saying , the man they call AWESOME……

His hair is so awesome I can’t describe it,

Not a strand or fiber out of place,

If I had it there’d be no need for me to WOODCOMB
